Complimentary design hours are not subtracted if a Standard Homepage build is selected. Once the complimentary hours are exhausted, we charge a rate of $75 for every additional hour of work needed. Disclaimer:
Ylopo utilizes Squarespace as our website platform and we own the Squarespace account that your site is registered under as the Administrator. We also fully integrate our sites with proprietary Ylopo technology resources. In the event that you are no longer a Ylopo client, we will transfer a fully custom paid Branded Website (and domain if we purchased it) to you, for you to administer upon leaving. You will be required to resume the SquareSpace and/or AWS billing under your own squarespace account. You will also be solely responsible to update anything on the site that may no longer function, or transfer over, due to no longer being connected to Ylopo technology resources and the IDX feed (Examples include, but are not limited to: Listing widgets, Home Valuation, Form Captures to CRM, Agent sub-domains, Single Listing Pages using MLS auto-generation, etc…)
Please Note:
Upon deactivation, Ylopo retains the content and design of the Ylopo branded site.
*Complimentary hours available are tied to the Ylopo License Level selected at the time the Ylopo Purchase Agreement is signed and are outlined in said agreement.
